At Alex Terrible, we stand by the quality of our premium streetwear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
